Sub-processors
Syndicate ApS processes customer data on behalf of the customers who use Evidence. The companies below process some of that data for us, each under a data-processing agreement or, where the list says so, with one in progress or receiving no personal data at all. Customers are notified at least 14 days before a company is added, as their data-processing agreement provides, and may object. Where a company is outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Our privacy policy for account holders is at /privacy.
